Johan Fredrik Odfjell
Chairman
Johan Fredrik Odfjell has extensive corporate and Board experience. During his executive career, Mr Odfjell held various positions including Chief Executive Officer of AS Investa, Executive Vice President of Skandia and Chief Executive Officer of Vesta-Group. Mr Odfjell currently holds the position of non executive Chairman on the Boards of Hansa Borg Bryggerier, Westfal-Larsen Chemical Carriers and UMOE. Mr Odfjell also serves as a non executive director of the Boards of Bergen University, Mowinckels Rederi, Den Nationale Scene, Institute for Research in Economics and Business Administration and Frammuseet. Mr Odfjell has a BA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and a MBA from Harvard University.

Erik Gloersen
Director
Mr Gloersen is currently the Chairman of the Board of Skuld. He has held a number of Board and management positions within the offshore and shipping industry, including Vice President of Transocean, Chairman of Board of Frigstad Discoverer and Chairman of Ocean Heavylift Ltd. Mr Gloersen holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Business (NHH).

Petter Høie
Director and CEO
Petter Høie has a Master in Business and Economics (Siviløkonom), Norwegian School of Management. He has a background in the offshore contracting business. He started his career doing business development for Norwegian ship owner Fred Olsen in 1996. His focus was on floating production, FPSOs, and in 1998 he co-founded Scantank Offshore AS, which was bought by Bergesen d.y. ASA, one of the world’s largest ship owning companies. The company was later renamed Bergesen Offshore. He remained on as Commercial Director and was responsible for negotiating all major FPSO charter contracts. Bergesen Offshore is today a significant FPSO contractor listed on the Oslo Stock exchange. In 2005 he joined tanker owner Frontline, the world’s largest transporter of crude oil, to develop an FPSO business unit. The unit is today set up as a stand-alone FPSO contracting company named Sea Production where he was Deputy CEO/COO until forming Equinox Offshore in September 2007.

Arne Johnsen has extensive experience with leading positions in conversions at Sembawang Shipyard. Superintendent for a total of 10 LPG vessels, 13 dry-docking (3 in Sembawang) Superintendent for repair of 1 LPG/C after explotion in engine-room also involving renewal of 2 decks in accommodation. Project Manager for Life extention and upgrade of LPG FPSO Berge Troll. Project Manager for FSO Berge Helene conversion in Sembawang for Maersk Quatar. Project Manager for LPG FSO Berge Okoloba Toru For Global Gas And Refining in Sembawang Shipyard. Project Manager for Upgrade of Berge Okoloba Toru to include LPG splitter Module lifted onboard in Bonny River Nigeria for Vitol SA. Project Manager for repair of main engine with utilities for FPSO Wakhaaropai purchased by BW Offshore from Shell New Zealand. Site Manager for upgrade and life extension of FPSO BW Peace in Sembawang Shipyard.

Elizabeth Back
Legal & Commercial Director
Elizabeth Back has a Bachelor of Laws; Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies). She is a qualified lawyer with over eight years post qualification experience. Ms Back spent two years at Clayton Utz in Perth in their energy and resources division, after which she joined the mergers and acquisitions team at Minter Ellison in Melbourne as a Senior Associate. Whilst at Minter Ellison Ms Back worked on the initial public offering of a number of companies. She joined an oil company full time in September 2005. She has extensive experience in relation to contracting within the construction, maritime, drilling, installation and operation and maintenance areas.

Daniel Cheng
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Cheng has an accountancy degree from Massey University and a Master in Business Administration, from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He has more than 15 years of regional financial management experience and has held key positions as Financial Controller for a local conglomerate, a British multinational company and also as Chief Financial Officer of a public listed company in Singapore. He is currently a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
