Equinox Offshore was established to convert ro-ro vessels to full scale DPII accommodation and repair vessels (ARVs). We provide an innovative, short time-to-market solution to offshore accommodation and logistics needs.

Equinox Offshore is incorporated in Singapore and is listed on OTC market in Norway (Bloomberg ticker EQNX).

Equinox Offshore has purchased two passenger-ferry vessels and signed a long term contract with Sembawang Shipyard in Singapore for conversion of these vessels into ARVs. ARV1 is now complete and is available in Singapore for charter. ARV2 is available in Singapore for coastal support charters and is intended to undergo a full conversion program.

A corporate, Project Management and Technical Services Agreement is in place with Equinox Energy for the provision of all management functions.
